- Full sumptuous breakfast is served on your schedule in our dining room
(available after 8 am, continental before 8 am)
- We wish to be in harmony with your dietary needs or allergy issues
- Bedrooms are on the second floor
- Guest Bath with bathing supplies is located across the hall on second floor
- Robes and slippers are provided
- Reserve both bedrooms with your well behaved children
- Total guest group overnight capacity is 4
- Daily housekeeping is offered
- Linens can be changed daily or as requested
- Audio CD / cassette tape player is available
- Cable TV with HBO and some On Demand is provided in the Master bedroom
- Video tape players can be provided in both bedrooms
- High speed wireless internet access
- Check In schedule preference must be confirmed — Check Out by 11 a.m.

- $135 per night for Master suite, single or double occupancy, plus 7.625% sales tax
- add $105 per night for Eastlake bedroom, plus 7.625% sales tax

Neighbors on our city block have enjoyed seeing the improvements as we renovated.
Our foundation is solid, so that the sounds of trains are soothing to some, and have been for over a century.
We are delighted with this successful restoration and take great pleasure in sharing our cherished home.
As innkeepers, we reside on the premises, sleeping in the Eastlake Bedroom.
When that is booked, we use a Sleep Number® sofabed on the third floor.
The original built-in closets are for the innkeepers’ belongings. Snooping is optional.
Since we have only one suite, we are able to indulge our guests.
Once booked, we must reject other requests for those dates.
We prefer reservations for a minimum of two nights or for both bedrooms.
If we have multiple requests for the same night, we may agree to accommodate guests in the Eastlake bedroom, who would use the cozy first floor shared bathroom with a heated tile floor, and small shower.
Single night reservations may be accepted, subject to availability. Sharing the guest bath may be subject to availability, if both bedrooms are separately reserved for a single night.
Accommodations may be possible with very short notice.

When reserving, after you arrive, and before you leave, we ask some accommodation questions:
- Guest names, address, phone numbers, email, and payment information.
Once you arrive, please present ID, credit card, and any certificates for verification.
- Arrival schedule. We can be flexible when you keep us informed.
- Allergy or dietary issues, or dislikes.
- Coffee, tea, cream and sweetener preferences.
- Breakfast schedule at your pleasure.
(full breakfast available after 8 am, continental before 8 am)
- Slumber schedule, so we can refrain from making noise unnecessarily.
- Shower schedule, so we can avoid using water causing a drop in pressure.
(Jacuzzi® bathtub schedule is not affected.)

Reservation Policy: All reservations require a MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card. Prepayment must be in full. You may request to prepay by cash or check, if your payment will arrive in less than seven days after booking the reservation with your credit card. Once scheduled, it is considered reserved and obligated, regardless of when the payment submission is processed by the financial service.
Cancellation Policy: We would like to, and if we are able to book a cancelled date, you may request a refund to your credit or debit card, minus a 10% processing fee. If we are unable to book a cancelled date, a refund is not possible.
- Well behaved children are welcome and are to be supervised by an adult at all times.
- All overnight guests need a confirmed suitable sleeping arrangement, not on the floor.
- No pets.
- Lethal weapons are not to be brought onto the premises.
- Except when on the dining room table, candles are for decorative purposes.
- No open flames permitted on the second floor.
- Turn off remote controlled fireplaces, when exiting to another floor level (off in summer).
- Outside smoking only, using ashtrays. Our front porch accommodates this during wet weather.
- Unless posted, parking is available on both sides of the street, plus a pad by the garage.
- Do not try to open windows without talking to us. Most do not have screens. Let us know if your suite is too hot. Central air conditioning is available and usually works very well. We also provide fans.
- Several electrical outlets are visible and available for your use.
- Other than chairs, please do not move furniture.
- Use caution if bringing food or drinking beverages other than water in the bedrooms.
- Resist putting food on the beds. Let us know if you have items that need refrigeration.
- Please do not use oils in the Jacuzzi® whirlpool bathtub.
Bubble bath is provided, and less than one capful often provides more bubbles than expected.
- Bathing products are available for guest usage.
Containers are intended to remain for others.
- Please choose darker washcloths for removal of makeup.
- Leave wet towels on the towel rack, on robe hooks, in the bathtub, or over the shower.
- Avoid staining towels. Refrain from placing wet items on the bed, on wooden furniture or over doors.
- Hanging wet items on wooden or plastic hangers is fine.
- Ask if you need more hangers.
- Please dispose of wrapped tampon type hygiene products into the wastebasket, not the toilet.
- Use the special container provided for diaper disposal.
- Due to licensing and insurance regulations, only our adult overnight guests may consume alcohol, so we ask that any minors and all visitors remain sober.
- You are financially responsible for your belongings, unless specifically given to us for safe keeping.
- Any damage to or theft of our property by your family or your visitors will be your financial responsibility.
- Irreplaceable antiques are to be enjoyed using appropriate consideration.
